Please don't put Dodd in the same group as REAL whistleblowers. REAL whistleblowers suffer egregrious, malicious retaliations even criminal acts by the Government are sanctioned. We are 'blacklisted' from employment, rendered impoverished, homeless, kids snatched by Government Protective Agencies and displaced into Juvenile facilities; locked up unjustly, have 'accidents'/suicide.
Dodd's a liar and thief with no integrity that earned him power and wealth: he's no whistleblower, he's a rat, snitching on his cohorts because they turned their backs on him making him the 'scapegoat'.
